Gem Care has made it our mission to be the go-to service provider wherever there are gaps in support for people living with disability in the south-eastern suburbs of Brisbane. NDIS participants (and particularly those belonging to the CALD community) can now find the
culturally-aligned support they need. We offer a wide range of services from core supports and capacity-building through to respite care to help you live a more rewarding life.
